Our CrossFit class incorporates “constantly varied functional movements performed at a high intensity.” It is broad, general and inclusive; a deliberate recipe to include various domains of fitness – cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. CrossFit is infinitely scalable for any fitness level. No previous experience is required to start. Every person in our community is at a different level of their fitness journey. Our coaches are dedicated to help you progress safely – educating, encouraging and supporting you to be the best version of yourself.
