The crossfit methodology is at the heart of our program design. Our programming is for all fitness levels and incorporates all the movements that you would expect in a well-rounded CrossFit program, including Olympic lifting, metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, power lifting, etc… with an emphasis on constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Most days consist of strength training, a metcon followed by accessory work.
Our ladies class programming is based on the principles of crossfit, but performed without a barbell. Strength is achieved with dumbbells and kettlebells. Programming is focused on constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity, with an emphasis on functional movement. This class helps ladies of all ages improve their health and fitness.
Sometimes you can’t make it to the gym yet you still want to get a quality workout in. Or you’re traveling for work and want to maintain your fitness while on the road. Our “At-Home Workout” track allows you to improve your fitness with minimal equipment required. Workout prep notes are provided along with instructional videos.
Right now, not everyone is looking for the in-gym experience. However, those that are working out from home are still seeking quality programming and a supportive community. With our Community + Online programming option, you receive all three of our programming tracks along with access to our Members only Facebook group and SugarWod app.
If your home gym is well equipped, you will love our CrossFit programming – the same workouts that we’re performing inside the gym with informative notes on the intended stimulus and multiple scaling options. If you’re limited on equipment, both the ladies class and at-home workout programming tracks offer solid, well-thought out workouts, all delivered in the SugarWod app.
