Individual Progam Design
This newer, option is for a truly individualized journey. After an initial consult with your coach, your coach will create a program specific to your needs and goals. Whether it’s making Regionals in CrossFit, running a marathon, climbing a mountain or competitive power lifting, this program is likely for you. It’s also for the individual coming back from an injury or surgery, wanting additional workout outside of CrossFit classes, someone working odd shift where attending a class is nearly impossible or someone simply wanting to work on specific weaknesses for a few months. There is constant correspondence between coach and athlete through Facebook, text and email. Video footage is a lot a key ingredient here as you are not working directly with a coach each session.
