While our Group Coaching program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community, when it comes to achieving specific goals, nothing beats private coaching. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, increase strength, improve technique, prepare for an event, or just prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equates to faster results.
Personal Training is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. Your coach will guide you through each session.Your private coaching experience will be tailored to your specific needs, and will include:
  • Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
  • Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning
  • Strength and conditioning exercises are chosen to specifically achieve your goal
  • Post-workout recovery techniques
  • Health, wellness, and lifestyle support

Out of all of the CrossFit gyms I've been to, and all the Fitness Centers I've worked in, CrossFit Hershey has surpassed them ALL in more than just fitness. Their staff is the most educated in a 50mi radius, the equipment available is top-notch and unmatched locally, and the programming is results-driven. All of this and I haven't even mentioned the best feature of belonging to this gym; the community. If you are looking to safely experience CrossFit, get fitness results you've never had, AND build some amazing friendships, this is the place for you

Crossfit Hershey is awesome. The coaches and staff are very attentive and knowledgeable , and accommodating to all fitness levels- and won't let you go too far and risk injury (even if you want to!). They also made adjustments for me when I had an ankle sprain so that I could continue to work out while the ankle healed. Highly recommend!

CrossFit Hershey is so much more than a gym. Many people have a difficult time motivating themselves to workout but that's never been a problem for me since joining CFH more than five years ago. In that time I've not only greatly improved my overall fitness (and I always considered myself to be in pretty good shape), I've created friendships that go well beyond the walls of the facility. The staff and community create an atmosphere that benefits people from all walks of life. The space is more than adequate to accommodate a large class size. The programming is well thought out and constantly evolving to incorporate effective exercises. The equipment is updated regularly and maintained meticulously. I've dropped into many other gyms and they simply do not measure up. You owe it to yourself to check out CrossFit Hershey.

Cross fit Hershey is an incredible place to train. It enables athletes of all skill levels to be challenged in an amazingly supportive atmosphere. The coaches level of knowledge and integrity cannot be matched! Classes always enable you to dig deeper than the last class and you are surrounded by the best crew around! It's a fantastic community that I'm so very proud to be apart of.

The programming is the best in the business. I have been a member off and on throughout the last 6 years and every time I come back it was like I never left. The trainers were very helpful in getting me back on track and members were always very inviting.
