Our Olympic Weightlifting program is based around learning proper movement patterns. It was once said that learning the Olympic lifts is like “a long, inclined road with a never ending horizon.” You can spend hours and hours trying to master this craft and very few do (which should serve as motivation). They usually are the ones who will medals.
Our goal is to continually reinforce good body awareness and help people understand the key components to becoming a good weightlifter. We constantly break down form and often use video analysis to provide better feedback for each athlete in the class. Finally, we issue people extra accessory work based on their weaknesses within the lift.
This class is free for all Unlimited Monthly members and $15 for a drop in.
