60 sec. row holding 1:35/500 pace
rest 90 sec.

RESULTS:
A. 115-130-150. Still confused if this is a hip snatch or snatch pull under?
B. 150×2-175-185-195 (fail)-175-185-195 (fail)…then 3×185 rest 60 secs
C. 275 (315-335-350).  Failed twice at 350.
D. Don’t know how to do uprise
Did this instead:
5 Mus
5 burpee box jump over, 24″
60 sec row (over 300 meters each time)
rest 90 secs
x3 rounds
Felt tired entire session.
